SNAP, CRACKLE, POP


The Wolves season-high, four-game winning streak was snapped by a 4-3 loss to San Antonio on Saturday at the Allstate Arena; Chicago, which has won its last four tilts on enemy ice, hits the road for a contest against the Texas Stars on Wednesday.

WOLF TRACKS


--- Chicago has lit the lamp 19 times in its last four outings after scoring 19 goals in its previous nine matchups; the Wolves are 4-0-0-0 when scoring four or more goals in a game this season.

--- Chicago has killed off 45 of its opponents’ last 48 man-advantage chances since allowing three power-play goals in three chances on Oct. 14 at Milwaukee, a span of 12 games; the Wolves, who have been perfect on the penalty kill in nine of their last 12 outings, rank fourth in the AHL with a 87.3 efficiency rating on the penalty kill (55 of 63).

--- Forward Anton Rodin notched his first AHL multiple-point outing on Saturday (G, A); the 21-year-old forward has tallied 3 points (2G, A) in eight games during his North American debut this season.
